Antara: Sanskrit for “Within”, “Heart”, and “Intimate Relationship”

Antara is a unique approach to mind-body medicine based on the understanding that every part of your body has its own consciousness. Through a combination of meditation techniques, you will be guided to go deep within to develop a heartfelt relationship with your physical body. As you do this, it will begin to trust you and cooperate with you on a new level. This advanced self-healing method draws in Source energy and activates the pineal gland, creating a new environment for enhanced communication between the mind and body. A process of talking to and listening to the body is followed in order to elicit beneficial changes within the tissues and systems.

My path as a holistic medicine practitioner began over 20 years ago.  I hold a Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University. I have studied under shamanic practitioners Meaghan O’Leary, Char Sundust, and Daniel Foor.  I have completed a two-year certification in shamanic studies from the Sundust Oracle Institute in Seattle, and am a registered hypnotherapist in the state of Washington. My combined experience with eastern medicine, shamanic studies, hypnotherapy and kundalini meditation are integrated within my approach to mind-body-spirit medicine.
